These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between Lead Recovery Co and you, our client, regarding the use of our lead recovery and scheduling services. To ensure a smooth partnership and maximize the effectiveness of our lead recovery and scheduling services, it's essential that all clients understand and agree to the following core principles. These terms outline the scope of our work, your responsibilities, and the framework of our collaboration.
What you need to know before starting service
- Our service is limited to text and email lead follow-up and booking support only.
- We do not make phone calls, negotiate pricing, or provide technical or full customer service.
- We operate during scheduled response windows, not 24/7.
- The first 30 days are billed upfront at $1,000, and ongoing service is $250 per week after.
- Payments are non-refundable once service begins.
- Results such as booking volume or revenue increases are not guaranteed.
- Clients must provide accurate information, system access, pricing guidelines, and booking links.
- Clients may cancel after the initial 30-day period with written notice.
Cancellation and dispute resolution
- If a client decides to stop using our service, they may cancel after the initial 30-day period by providing written notice. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Payments for the initial 30 days are non-refundable once service has begun, and weekly charges are non-refundable for time already served.
- If there is ever a disagreement about the service provided, we encourage clients to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the thirty (30) days before any claim, and we do not guarantee specific booking results.
Client responsibilities & what to avoid
To ensure the service runs smoothly and avoids issues, clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to their inbox, CRM, or messaging systems.
- Keep booking links, hours, and pricing guidelines up to date.
- Respond quickly when we flag questions we cannot answer on their behalf.
- Follow applicable laws related to customer communication.
- Notify us promptly of schedule or service changes.
Clients should not:
- Ask us to make phone calls.
- Request pricing negotiations or sales tactics beyond approved guidelines.
- Expect technical troubleshooting or full customer service handling.
- Share login access they are not authorized to grant.
1. Services Provided
Lead Recovery Co provides lead follow-up and booking support for service businesses by text and email only.
Services include:
• Responding to new inquiries during Company response windows
• Sending booking links and next-step instructions
• Following up with leads 24–72 hours after first contact
• Tracking leads
• Working inside Client-provided inboxes, CRMs, or messaging platforms
2. Services Not Included
The following are not included unless expressly agreed in writing:
• Phone calls
• Pricing decisions or guarantees
• Technical support
• Full customer service
• Sales calls
• Marketing services
• Staff scheduling
3. Response Windows
Messages are monitored at:
9:00 AM
1:45 PM
4:30 PM
Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Messages received outside these times will be handled at the next available window.
4. Fees & Billing
Clients begin with a 30-day engagement billed upfront at $1,000 USD.
After the initial 30 days, services continue at $250 per week unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.
Payments are processed automatically through the Company’s payment processor.
5. No Refunds After Start
Once onboarding has begun and system access has been granted, the initial 30-day payment is non-refundable.
Weekly charges after the first month are non-refundable for time already served.
6. Cancellation
Clients may cancel ongoing weekly service after the initial 30-day period by providing written notice via email.
Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
• Provide accurate intake information
• Supply pricing ranges and FAQs
• Grant required system access
• Maintain booking links
• Respond to flagged questions promptly
• Comply with all applicable customer-communication laws
Failure to provide access or information may limit service effectiveness.
8. System Access
Client grants Lead Recovery Co limited access to inboxes or CRMs solely for providing services.
Lead Recovery Co will not message customers from personal phone numbers or unauthorized accounts.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information obtained during the engagement.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Lead Recovery Co does not guarantee booking volume, revenue increases, or conversion rates.
Customer decisions, market conditions, and availability are outside Company control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Recovery Co’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by Client in the thirty (30) days preceding any claim.
In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Independent Contractor
Lead Recovery Co operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, or agent of Client.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [insert your state].
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
